Dr. Valerie Madden
Dr. Madden graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. Post-graduate training included a small animal rotating internship and a residency in small animal emergency and critical care at Cornell University. She is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. After completing her residency Dr. Madden moved to Calgary where she practices as a critical care specialist.
Dr. Madden’s interests are diverse and include management of trauma, sepsis, respiratory disorders and mechanical ventilation. She has a passion for extracorporeal therapies including therapeutic plasma exchange and dialysis.
