Meet Our Team

Dr. Sarah Bramer was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba but has called Calgary home since making the move with her family at the age of four. Her passion for working with animals began when she was just 12-years-old, starting a volunteer position at her family’s veterinary clinic, which later turned into a long-term job. Her curiosity for animal care continued throughout high school where she aligned her studies and volunteer experience to expand this curiosity.

Sarah graduated from the University of Calgary in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. After graduation, Sarah conducted research with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine before returning to the University of Calgary to complete a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Though Sarah is still a relatively new vet, she has quickly fallen in love with small animal veterinary medicine...specifically caring for feline friends. In her spare time, you can find Sarah spending time with her rescued tripod cat, Perry (pictured above). She also enjoys cross country skiing and swimming!
