Meet Our Team

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Dr. Wells grew up riding horses and competing locally from a young age. This led her to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and Equine Science at the University of Minnesota, Crookston. Dr. Wells was thrilled to return home to attend the University of Calgary, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2018 with her DVM. Following graduation, Dr. Wells began her career as an emergency veterinarian and is excited to continue this role with the team at Paramount 24-Hour Animal Hospital. Her professional interests include emergency and feline medicine. Outside of work, Dr. Wells enjoys tending to her flower garden and adventuring with her husband, three cats and two horses.
