Meet Our Team

Dr Kathryn Burns grew up in Belleville, Ontario playing as many sports as she could, enjoying cottage time and learning from her father and grandfather at their family veterinary clinic.  She graduated from St George’s University in Grenada in January 2017, and spent her 4th year clinical rotations at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. She has interests in all areas of veterinary medicine especially in emergency medicine. In her free time she enjoys doing anything that gets her outside, whether it be running, skiing or spending time on patios with friends.  She spends most of her free time with her husband and their two fur-children, Mya and Sir Winston. Whenever she can afford it she heads back to Ontario to spend time at her family cottage with her family and friends.
