Upon arrival, the reception team will assess the presenting signs and if appropriate  a veterinary technician or nurse performs a brief initial assessment (triage) to determine the severity of the pet’s condition. The triage system ensures that pets with the most severe conditions receive prompt attention, while the availability of on-site diagnostics, a well-trained staff, facilitate rapid and effective care.
